MB4 Productions was founded in 1999 just as the Internet Age was maturing. The firm started small, intending to improve to provide technical audiovisual assistance to larger design firms and ad agencies. Today, MB4 Productions offers a wide variety of services in a very broad range of areas. Projects are accepted and given the highest priority, regardless of size or type.

Bill’s experience in interactive media, video production, audiovisual development, and website design had really blazed the path in the creation of MB4 Productions. His success as a leader, producer, art director and creative director has enabled him to be truly effective in running and operating this firm. Bill’s strong ability to motivate, envision, and push boundaries keeps MB4 Productions at the forefront of the technology and innovation. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University.
Amanda Fishburn

Amanda Fishburn

Founder of The Function and Head of Strategy

Amanda has been working in the events industry for the past 26 years in a variety of capacities as a planner, account director and senior VP at various agencies. When you work with us you get planning, delivery, and strategy, for the price of one. Amanda brings her sunny disposition, and experience in the following types of programs: sports, commercial, medical, trade shows, congress, ad boards, investigator meetings, virtual of all types, festivals, cultural events. Amanda has extensive experience sourcing, worked inside at hotels and inside facilities.

Abel Garay

Abel Garay

Technical Director

Abel is an amazing asset to MB4 Productions. His skills, attention to detail and work ethic make him the perfect person to lead a meeting or production to success. Coming to MB4 with over 25 years of experience working in high stress environments at The Walt Disney Company, Abel is cool under pressure and always takes a levelheaded approach to any and all situations. Abel has been working in a technology role with MB4 for over 8 years and has proven time and again that no circumstance is insurmountable. His Guest Service Centric approach is invaluable when meeting with new clients, facilitating a professional and thoughtful interaction with everyone he meets. In his free time, Abel enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking in California’s High Sierras. He has summited Mt. Whitney, Half Dome, Sentinel Dome and Clouds Rest. But most important to him is time spent with family – especially camping in Yosemite.
Erin Lower

Erin Lower

Senior Program Director

Erin joined MB4 Productions in 2012, and brings over 15 years of experience in event/meeting management and planning. This includes 6 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Erin has extensive experience managing programs, including over 1,000 webcasts, symposia, advisory boards, speaker trainings, and dinner meetings. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellowbelt and has traveled extensively both within the continental United States and internationally. A 2001 graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, Erin enjoys spending her free time annoying her husband, Rob, and spoiling her sons, Jack and Lars.
Mark Decker

Executive Director, Client Relations

Mark is an event professional with extensive experience gained from serving in many different capacities within the industry. Following his first roles planning collegiate events, Mark transitioned to senior positions working on scientific meetings and conventions. He has managed operations teams to orchestrate fulfilling his client’s creative, web, registration, and logistical needs for events of all sizes and levels of complexity. Increasingly, Mark has turned his attention toward event technology and production in order to match client needs to uniquely tailored solutions.

Brett Swaim

Director of Technology

Born of Apollo and Aphrodite, Brett is both powerful and handsome. When he was but a lad, his family abandoned him in a server farm. The computers tended to his needs and taught him all they knew. Now he is an adult, and by virtue of his upbringing, can code damned near anything (also has quite a unique sense of humor).
Tony Urrea

Senior Technical Director

Tony comes to MB4 Productions with an extensive background in creativity and project management. He graduated from the University of Southern California, focusing in film. Tony has produced and managed many high-end projects, from storyboarding through final print. He has a true talent in combining creativity with the logic required to keep a project on time, and within budget. Tony strives to insure all projects exceed expectations in all areas.
Matt Kuiper

Matt Kuiper

Senior Technical Director

Producer, AV technical director, camera operator, editor, husband and dad known for his starring role as “Bank Teller” in the smash(ed) indie hit “LOST”, starring Danny Trejo and Superman. Critics called his performance, “something else.” Other television and film credits include “Injured Pilot” in Pearl Harbor (cut out of the film and did not meet Ben Affleck), “Obnoxious Assistant” in Crossing Jordan, and Mike Meyer’s body double in “Austin Powers 2”. A higher power then told him to go behind the scenes, where he’s stayed ever since. Matt likes Thai food, regular food, and short walks on the beach. His dream is to never again work with MTV’s “PUNK’D” crew and to own a Tag Heuer Carrera Chronograph 1887.

Mason Haynie

Mason Haynie

Junior Technical Manager

Mason graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor’s in Commercial Music and an emphasis in Audio Recording. He has worked as an engineer for multiple recording studios, a producer of several podcasts, and a live sound technician for events, conferences, and seminars throughout Southern California, where he’s spent most of his life. Outside of work, Mason enjoys engaging himself in creative craft, be it music composition, performance, or writing.
Josh Kline

Josh Kline

Video Producer / Technical Director

Josh grew up in Florida where he graduated from film school at Full Sail University. Josh got his start in television news working for ABC News, World News Tonight; and has been a storyteller in various forms for almost 20 years. After 5 years of producing corporate event audiovisual, Josh went back to his core interest of filmmaking and still photography in 2009. Currently he provides video solutions to clients all over the globe and makes independent documentaries. He also continues to work as a photographer providing unique and powerful images to clients in many different business segments.
Cherissa Kline

Cherissa Kline

Creative Director

Cherissa has over two decades of experience creating and managing brand identities, promotional collateral, advertising campaigns, and website design for an array of businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits. With a BA in Graphic Design, Cum Laude, and a minor in Marketing from CSULB, she brings to the table a special emphasis on conceptual design. Cherissa demonstrates a commitment to excellence – from concept development through final production and is dedicated to finding engaging solutions across all mediums.
